Smart Organize adds full floor wash and deodorizing, deeper cleaning of garage shelves/cabinets (garage only), and organized repopulation with bins and labels. Elite Makeover includes everything in Smart Organize plus expanded storage solutions, donation delivery, and a more comprehensive zone-based system.

Do you offer both cleaning and organizing, or do you only clean surfaces after items are removed?

We offer both. Our process is designed to empty the garage enough to reset it properly, then rebuild it with logical zones and organized storage so it stays functional. Cleaning is not just surface-level; higher tiers include a full floor wash and deodorizing while the space is clear.

Will you move heavy items (shelves, appliances, gym equipment), and are there any weight or safety limits?

We can move most common garage items and storage where it can be done safely. Extremely heavy items, anchored fixtures, or anything that creates a safety risk may require a separate assessment, an additional crew member, or may be declined. Safety and property protection come first.

Yes. We can coordinate disposal and haul-away, recycling, and donation drop-offs. Donation delivery and e-waste drop-off are available as add-ons. Junk removal and haul-away are priced separately based on volume and labor intensity.

Your estimate will clearly show what’s included in your selected tier and what is optional. Smart Organize and Elite Makeover include a full floor wash and deodorizing. Disposal/haul-away and specialty drop-offs (donation delivery, e-waste) are typically separate line items because they depend on volume.

You do not need to pre-clear. We handle staging and help you sort using a simple decision process (keep, donate, haul-away, re-organize). If you have items you know you want to keep, setting them aside can speed up the process, but it is not required.

Quarterly Refresh includes four scheduled visits per year for re-sorting, sweeping, and light maintenance resets, plus donation drop-offs (one bin per visit). Membership options are available, and pricing is $147 per car bay per visit.

Do I have to be home during the cleanout?

Not necessarily. Many clients leave during the cleanout and return to a transformed space. We just need initial access and any specific instructions. If decisions are needed on keep vs donate vs haul-away, we will coordinate those with you.

Do you offer junk removal or haul-away?

Yes. Junk removal and haul-away are available and priced based on size, volume, and labor intensity. It is commonly paired with moderate or heavy cleanouts.

What happens to donations?
