Smart Organize includes everything in Quick Clean plus removing and staging items outside the garage, deep cleaning of shelves, cabinets, and storage surfaces, external appliance cleaning (washer, dryer, water heater, fridge, furnace, etc.), and category-based organization aligned to client preferences such as tools, sports, hobbies, and holidays. Elite Makeover includes everything in Smart Organize plus dedicated layout planning and zone creation, two storage bins per car bay, all-inclusive donation and haul-away service, one Quarterly Refresh visit to maintain the system, and priority scheduling with extended crew time.

Do you offer both cleaning and organizing, or do you only clean surfaces after items are removed?

We offer both. Our process is designed to empty the garage enough to reset it properly, then rebuild it with logical zones and organized storage so it stays functional. Cleaning is not just surface-level; higher tiers include a full floor wash and deodorizing while the space is clear.

Will you move heavy items (shelves, appliances, gym equipment), and are there any weight or safety limits?

Accepted Answer

We can move most common garage items and storage where it can be done safely. Extremely heavy items, anchored fixtures, or anything that creates a safety risk may require a separate assessment, an additional crew member, or may be declined. Safety and property protection come first.

Do you handle disposal, recycling, and donations, and are there extra fees for those?

Yes. Junk removal and haul-away are available as add-ons priced by volume. We coordinate donation drop-off to Goodwill, Salvation Army, CRC (Community Resource Center), and other local charities when applicable. Donation documentation is available on request for tax purposes. E-waste drop-off is also available as a separate add-on.

For a typical two-car garage: Quick Clean is $499, Smart Organize is $899, and Elite Makeover is $2,499. Final pricing can change based on volume, complexity, storage needs, and add-ons such as haul-away, donation delivery, or additional bins and shelving.

Your estimate will clearly show what is included in your selected tier and what is optional. Quick Clean and above include a full floor wash and deodorizing. Disposal/haul-away and specialty drop-offs (donation delivery, e-waste) are typically separate line items because they depend on volume.

Most jobs are completed same-day. Quick Clean typically runs 2 to 4 hours, Smart Organize 6 to 8 hours, and Elite Makeover 6 to 10 hours depending on size and complexity. Crew size is typically 2 to 4 professionals depending on job size.

Do I need to clear out any items in advance, or can your team help with sorting and moving things?

You do not need to pre-clear. We handle staging and help you sort using a simple decision process: keep, donate, haul-away, or re-organize. If you have items you know you want to keep, setting them aside can speed up the process, but it is not required.

Do I have to be home during the cleanout?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your goals. If you want to reduce what is in the garage by selecting donations, junk removal, or what stays, we prefer you are present, at least during the sorting phase. That process is actually much easier once everything is staged outside the garage where you can see it clearly. If you are keeping everything and just want it cleaned and organized, many clients step out and return to a finished space. We handle both situations and everything in between.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
